Reminders for the Last Week of School

Tuesday, May 29- Field Day: Please dress appropriately. Wear gym shoes and bring a water bottle. It may be a good idea to apply sunscreen in the morning, we will be going outside at 9:30. We will have a picnic lunch outside, bring a small blanket or towel to sit on.

Wednesday, May 30- Kendall County Field Trip:  Dress appropriately for lots of walking. Students may wear water shoes or rain boots for the creek exploration. Students will need to bring a disposable lunch unless a school lunch was already ordered in advance.

Thursday, May 31- Chromebook Turn-in:  Students will need to bring his/her Chromebook to school. These items will be collected at the end of the day. Students will need to bring his/her Chromebook to school on full charge. We will be using them on Thursday. 
 
                                  Yearbook Signing:  Students will be able to get his/her yearbook signed by classmates and teachers. Don't forget to bring your yearbook and a pen.

Field Trip Reminder

Please remember that our field trip to Kendall County Forest Preserve is on Monday (5/21). Each student will need to bring a disposable lunch. If you selected a school lunch on the field trip form lunch will be provided for your child. Please check the weather and remind your child to dress appropriately. Students were told to wear swim shoes (closed toe) if they want to walk in the creek (optional).

4B Math Test

The Unit 7 math test will be on Tuesday, May 15. Please use your study guide and  previous homework assignments to prepare. Also remember to turn in your extra credit slip on Tuesday as well.

The West


 We've completed our study guide for the Western States. We will have a test on the Western states, capitals and abbreviations on Friday, May 25. Students can use his/her study guide and the geography link to prepare. Here's a suggested timeline:
Week 1: Learn the 11 West states' location on the map
Week 2: Learn the 11 West states' capital
Week 3: Learn the 11 West states' abbreviation
