We will have a test on the Southeast states, capitals and abbreviations on Tuesday, December 3. Students can use his/her study guide and the geography link to prepare. Here's a suggested timeline:

Week 3: Learn the 12 Southeast states' abbreviation

4B Math Test
The Unit 3 Math (part A) test will be on Tuesday, November 19. Please have your student use his/her study guide to prepare. Students should also review notes, previous homework assignments, quizzes and Unit 3 links to help prepare.
Fall Conferences
If you haven't signed up for a Fall conference, please sign up before November 19. Conferences will be held on Thursday, November 21, and Monday, November 25.

The Southeast
Today we began our studies of the Southeast Region. We completed a study guide for the states capitals and abbreviations. The test for the states, capitals and abbreviations will be on Tuesday, December 3. This will give each student plenty of time to prepare. We will also practice at school.
